Since 2006 A and E Elkins and SWS Pluvitec have been working together to form a seamless ‘one stop shop’ for waterproofing and roofing refurbishment and new build projects.
This partnership is aimed at combining the considerable construction skills and experience of AEE with the market leading technology and high quality products supplied by SWS to offer our clients best value in all projects. Our partnership was created with the Public sector in mind, using our combined experience to develop systems and methods of working designed to provide the end user and the Client body with Quality, Efficiency, and Value while maintaining the focus on close cooperation with the occupiers to ensure that the experience enhances the tenant and leaseholders beneficial enjoyment of their homes.
The intention is to combine the principles enshrined in the various studies of construction carried out on behalf of the Government in recent years into a seamless, transparent arrangement based upon cooperation at all levels and aimed at avoiding waste, developing improved service and providing excellent value.
Following a period of close working cooperation it was decided by mutual agreement to form a Quantum Partnering Arrangement between the two companies with the intention of combining the skills and resources available in a spirit of cooperation in order to work together to provide the best possible service to our combined client base.
This partnership, formed in 2006, has lead to the development of a combined warranty provision, enabling warranty periods of up to 30 years to be provided for projects that meet the criteria.
