FALCON POINT RE ROOFING

The clients requirement was for a system that would provide a long term ‘best value’ solution to its roofing problems. The system was designed to incorporate an unusual, bespoke insulation system designed to mimic the profile of the original metal sheet roofing while improving the U values to well in excess of the minimum requirements.
The system was completed by the addition of bespoke metal parapet capping, pigeon spikes and safety rails.
Despite programme issues resulting in the start being delayed until the worst winter in recent memory, the works were completed on schedule and within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
